Pilgrims returning from Hajj 1404 welcomed at Rasht Sardar-e Jangal Airport

Pilgrims from Gilan province were welcomed home on Thursday, 12 June 2025, following the completion of their Hajj pilgrimage.

According to the Gilan Hajj and Pilgrimage Organisation, a welcoming ceremony for Hajj pilgrims from Gilan province was held on Thursday, 12 June 2025, at Sardar-e Jangal Airport in Rasht. The event was attended by the deputy head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organisation, the head of the Supreme Leader's Hajj mission office, and the director-general of Gilan airports.

During the ceremony, pilgrims received a warm welcome, and Zamzam water was distributed among them through the efforts of provincial pilgrimage staff and agents, intended as a memento of their spiritual journey.

Pilgrims expressed their satisfaction with the reception and the attention shown by officials, describing their Hajj experience as deeply spiritual and memorable.
