Details and schedule for the 2016 Hajj executive staff examination

The Hajj and Pilgrimage Organisation of Gilan has announced that the 2016 Hajj executive staff examination will take place on Friday, 22 January 2016.
The Director of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organisation of Gilan announced in an interview with the organisation's information portal that, following recent decisions and coordination, the 2016 Hajj executive staff examination is scheduled to be held simultaneously across all provincial centres—with the exception of Ilam and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad—at 14:30 on Friday, 22 January 2016. Several points have been issued for the attention of participants.
Participants registered for one examination must pay a fee of 150,000 rials, while those registered for two examinations must pay 250,000 rials. Payments should be made to account number 2172778013008 at the National Bank (Bank Melli), Hajj and Pilgrimage branch (code 304), for the 2016 Hajj executive staff examination costs. The payment receipt, with the candidate's full name written on it, must be submitted to the examination centre official on the day of the test.
Two types of question booklets have been designed: one for deputies and one for executive staff. Each booklet contains 100 questions, and candidates are allowed 90 minutes to complete each paper. As some deputies have also registered for the executive staff examination, these individuals must participate in the second test only after the first examination has concluded and all answer sheets have been collected.
Each candidate must sit the specific examination printed on their answer sheet and must participate in the role designated on their examination entry card. Examination resources are available for download via the comprehensive agents' portal.
Participants must visit the education portal at edu.haj.ir from Tuesday, 19 January 2016, to obtain their entry cards. Candidates are required to enter their payment receipt number into the system before printing their cards. It is mandatory to bring a national identity card or a photo-bearing birth certificate to the examination to allow officials to verify the identity of the participants.
