Procedures for registering and obtaining electronic meal tokens via the 'Haqibat al-Mu'min' application

Pilgrims can secure meal tokens for the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine through the 'Haqibat al-Mu'min' mobile application or the Al-Kafeel Global Network portal.
To register and obtain an electronic token via the 'Haqibat al-Mu'min' (The Believer's Bag) application, first download the official application of the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine from Google Play or the App Store. Users must create an account using an active mobile phone number or email address. Once logged in, navigate to the pilgrimage services section and select either 'Barakat al-Mudheef' or 'Meal Reservation'. Users are required to enter their passport number or valid identification details, and specify the desired date and meal (lunch or dinner). Upon confirmation, a tracking code and a unique QR code will be issued.
Alternatively, reservations can be made through the Al-Kafeel Global Network electronic system by accessing the 'Pilgrim Services' section and selecting the 'Mudheef Reservation' option.
Regarding the collection of meals, pilgrims must arrive at the central Mudheef of Hazrat Abbas (AS), located on Alqama Street near Bab al-Hadi and Bab al-Kafeel, at the time specified in the application. Attendees must present their original passport or identification document along with the received QR code. Each electronic barcode is valid only for the specific meal and date registered and is non-transferable.
As a practical note, in the event that online booking capacity is reached during peak periods, limited in-person registration is available between 08:00 and 09:00 at the registration offices adjacent to the shrine.
