Registration for Rajab and Sha'ban Umrah convoys begins at 10:00 am tomorrow, Sunday, 30 November

Applicants holding Umrah registration cards with priority up to 400 may register for Rajab and Sha'ban convoys via the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organisation's portal starting at 10:00 am on Sunday, 30 November 2025.

Applicants holding Umrah registration cards with priority up to 400 are invited to register for Rajab and Sha'ban Umrah convoys starting from 10:00 am on Sunday, 30 November 2025. Interested individuals should visit the 'My Window' portal at my.haj.ir to select and reserve their convoy. It should be noted that in this phase of Umrah registration, applicants are able to select either double or triple-occupancy rooms through the system.

Registration procedure and required documents:
1. Visit the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organisation's unified portal at my.haj.ir to complete and update personal information and group details prior to the commencement of registration.
2. Log in to the system, select the desired convoy, and complete the payment online.
3. Visit the selected agent (pilgrimage services office) to submit documents and finalise the travel arrangements, ensuring that passports have at least seven months of validity from the date of the flight.
