IQNA promotes an educational approach to Ashura commemorations

In an interview published by IQNA, Hojjatoleslam Eizi said the lasting impact of Ashura depends not only on emotional mourning but also on increasing religious knowledge, social awareness and commitment to the objectives of Imam Hussein’s movement. He argued that limiting ceremonies to emotional rituals risks weakening their broader educational and cultural message.
