Iran updates medical assessment process for Hajj 1406 applicants

Iran’s Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization has introduced new medical screening procedures for Hajj 1406 applicants. Official referral messages will be sent from the number 10007778, and each applicant may choose a physician only once. Doctors are required to submit medical fitness results within 72 hours, while medical review committees must complete any referred cases within 14 days. Applicants will be classified into green, yellow or red health categories, and the number of female specialist physicians assigned to this year’s Hajj mission has been increased.
